Millennium Cleaning Services LLC ("Millennium Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our") provides commercial cleaning services in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Information you give us on our website. When you fill out our free quote request form, we collect:

• First and last name

• Company name

• Email address

• Phone number

• The service you need

• The size of your facility

• Any details you share in the "tell us about your facility" box

Information you give us in other ways. We also collect information when you contact us or work with us by phone, text message, email, through our Google Business Profile, in person (such as during a walkthrough), or at networking events. This may include your name, company name, contact information, and details about the service you need.

Facility and access information. To clean your facility, we may collect:

• Alarm codes

• Keys or key cards

• Door or lockbox codes

• After-hours access instructions

• Floor plans

• Photos or videos of your facility

Emergency contact information. For after-hours work, we collect emergency contact cell phone numbers so we can reach you if an issue comes up during service.

Payment information. We collect information needed to bill you and receive payment. See the "Payments" section below.

Our website uses the following tools, which may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your visit:

• Google Analytics. This helps us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages they view and how they found us. It may collect information like your device type, browser, general location, and pages visited.

• Google Ads tag. This helps us measure how well our Google Ads work, such as whether someone who clicked an ad later asked for a quote.

We do not share your information with any artificial intelligence (AI) company to train its AI or for any purpose beyond running our business.

Types of messages. We may send you text messages about:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Urgent alerts about after-hours service

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you agree to receive texts. You may agree to receive texts from us by texting us first, by giving us your cell phone number when you book service, or by agreeing by email, including when you give us an emergency contact number for after-hours work. If our website form offers a checkbox for text messages, checking it also gives your consent.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. We typically send a few messages a month.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not required to buy. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile information. We will not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We send marketing emails and newsletters, such as company updates, through Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send emails about your service, such as invoices, receipts, or scheduling.

We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you. The companies and people who may see your information include:

• Mailchimp, which sends our email newsletters and updates

• QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payments, for billing, invoicing, and payments

• Our website hosting company, which runs our website

• Subcontractors who help perform cleaning services. They may receive the facility and access information needed to do the work.

• Cleaning supply vendors and suppliers, who may receive limited information when needed to provide supplies for your service.

We do not sell your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for money or other benefits.

We do not share your information for others' marketing. We do not share your information with other businesses so they can market to you.

Business transfers. If Millennium Cleaning Services LLC is ever sold, merged, or transferred to a new owner, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Legal reasons. We may share information if we believe it is needed to follow the law, respond to a legal request, or protect the rights and safety of our business, our clients, or others.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash, and bank transfers (ACH).

Card payments are handled by QuickBooks Payments. We do not store full credit card numbers ourselves. QuickBooks Payments processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

We keep client information for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to keep tax and business records. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or destroy it.

We take steps to protect your information, including:

• Keeping paper records in a locked file cabinet

• Giving alarm and access codes only to employees who work at your site

• Storing access codes on a password-protected computer with security software

• Labeling keys and key cards with codes instead of client names

No method of storing or sending information, online or offline, is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. To make a request, email us at sandra@millenniumcleaning.net. We will respond within 48 hours. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on your request. We may also need to keep some information to meet tax, legal, or business record requirements.
