Pricing & Estimates
Simply fill out our online contact form or call us directly at (978) 837-1955. We'll schedule a walkthrough of your facility and provide a detailed, no-obligation quote tailored to your specific needs and schedule. There is never any pressure or commitment required.
We offer both contract and non-contract arrangements. While many clients prefer ongoing service agreements for consistent scheduling and pricing, we also accommodate one-time and short-term cleaning needs. We'll work with you to find the arrangement that fits your business best.
Trust & Credentials
Yes. Millennium Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, giving you complete peace of mind when our team is on your property. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
WBE stands for Women's Business Enterprise. Millennium Cleaning Services is certified as a WBE by the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO). This certification means we are a verified women-owned business, which can help your organization meet supplier diversity goals and government contracting requirements. It's a mark of accountability and verified ownership.
We have a quality assurance process in place including supervisor inspections, client check-ins, and a satisfaction guarantee. If you're ever not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our standard.
Services
Yes — we bring all necessary cleaning supplies, products, and equipment to every job. You don't need to provide anything. If you have specific product preferences or requirements (such as green/eco-friendly products), just let us know and we'll accommodate your needs.
Electrostatic disinfection uses an electrically charged mist that wraps around and coats all surfaces — including hard-to-reach areas — with an EPA-approved disinfectant. The Millennium Shield™ is our proprietary electrostatic disinfection service that provides 360-degree coverage, killing 99.9% of pathogens including viruses, bacteria, and mold. It's ideal for offices, schools, medical facilities, and any high-touch environment.
We clean a wide range of commercial facilities including corporate offices, medical and dental offices, schools and universities, apartment communities, retail spaces, industrial facilities, government buildings, houses of worship, and post-construction sites. If you're unsure whether we serve your facility type, just call us — chances are we do.
Scheduling
It depends on your facility type and foot traffic. Most offices benefit from 2–3 cleanings per week. High-traffic facilities like medical offices or schools may need daily service. Retail spaces and warehouses vary. We'll recommend a schedule based on your specific environment during your free estimate walkthrough.
Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings, nights, and weekends to minimize disruption to your business operations. Many of our clients prefer after-hours cleaning so their workspace is fresh and ready every morning when employees arrive.

Yes. We use EPA-approved, environmentally responsible cleaning products. We offer green cleaning programs using biodegradable, non-toxic products that are safe for people, pets, and the environment — without sacrificing cleaning effectiveness. Ask about our Green Cleaning Program during your estimate.
