Millennium Cleaning Services was founded in 2006 with a singular mission: to provide high-tier, reliable commercial cleaning to business leaders across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Today, we have evolved into a dynamic, co-owned enterprise led by Sandra M. Freitas and Joe Freitas.

With over 20 years of industry experience, our leadership combines operational excellence with a forward-thinking approach to facility maintenance. We are proud to be a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) — a certification that reflects our growth and commitment to excellence, allowing us to further support clients who value inclusive and high-quality partnerships.

Lazarus House Ministries

At Millennium Cleaning, we believe in lending a hand where we can. That's why we're grateful to partner with Lazarus House Ministries, a local haven providing free shelter, clothing, and food to those in need.

Each month, we donate our time to disinfect and spray their winter emergency shelter and kitchen spaces, helping keep the environment safe and clean for everyone who walks through their doors. Recently, we also had the chance to refinish their floors at no cost — giving the space a fresh lift to better serve the community.

It's a small way we can contribute to the incredible work Lazarus House does every day, and we're honored to be a part of it.
